The life of a Performer is full of particular and unique challenges. Sophie is passionate about helping Performers to become aware of their mental wellbeing.


Whatever is taking up headspace for you right now, it's important to find a space where you can work through it.


Every person is different but the aim of the sessions is to make a difference to your wellbeing using a variety of mindfulness, CBT and NLP techniques.

Performers Minds Workshops

The Performers Minds workshops include teaching techniques in mindfulness, coping strategies for stress, teaching a comprehensive understanding of the body’s flight or flight mechanism, awareness of thoughts using CBT and NLP techniques and the importance of looking after your mind as well as your body.


Some colleges that have recently taken part in a Performers Mind Workshop include:

Arts Ed London, Italia Conti, Colins Performing Arts, Midlands Academy of Musical Theatre and Margaret Howard Theatre College.


Workshops are now also being offered to Agents to help take care of their clients mental and physical wellbeing.
